Installation and Configuration
1. Installation
- Download the Plugin: Download the RapidCents WooCommerce Payment Plugin from the WordPress plugin repository or the provider’s official website.
- Upload the Plugin:
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
- Click on Upload Plugin and select the downloaded plugin file.
- Click Install Now and then Activate the plugin.
- Activate the Plugin:
- Once installed, the plugin needs to be activated. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and click on Activate next to the RapidCents plugin.
2. Configuration
- Access Payment Settings:
- Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings.
- Click on the Payments tab.
- You should see RapidCents listed as a payment method. Click on Manage or Set up to configure the plugin.
- Enter API Credentials:
- You will need to enter your Client ID, Client Secret, and Business ID. These credentials can be obtained by registering on the RapidCents website.
- Client ID: This is your unique identifier provided by RapidCents.
- Client Secret: This is the secret key associated with your account for secure API communication.
- Business ID: This identifies the specific business account under which transactions will be processed.
- Add Redirect URL:
- The plugin will generate a Redirect URL that needs to be added to your RapidCents account settings.
- Log in to your RapidCents account and navigate to Settings > Redirect URLs.
- Copy the Redirect URL from the plugin settings and add it to your RapidCents account.
- Authorize Your Account:
- After entering the required credentials and Redirect URL, click the Authorize button in the plugin settings to authorize your WooCommerce store through your RapidCents account.
- Test Mode:
- You can enable Test Mode to simulate transactions in a sandbox environment. This allows you to test the functionality without processing real payments.
- Toggle the Test Mode option to On or Off as needed.
- IP Address Whitelisting:
- To process payments, your WooCommerce store’s IP address needs to be whitelisted in your RapidCents account.
- Log in to your RapidCents account and navigate to Settings > IP Whitelisting.
- Add your WooCommerce store’s IP address to the list of allowed IPs.
- Save Settings: After authorizing and entering all the required information, click Save Changes to finalize the setup.
Using the Plugin
- Payment Option on Checkout: Once configured, customers will see the RapidCents payment option at checkout. Customers can enter their credit card details and complete the purchase securely.
- 3D Secure Authentication: Customers will be prompted to verify their identity through a bank-authenticated process.
- Order Management: Successful transactions will be recorded in WooCommerce as completed orders. In case of failed transactions, appropriate error messages will be displayed to the customer.

- Invalid API Credentials: Ensure that the Client ID, Client Secret, and Business ID are correctly entered and valid.
- IP Address Not Whitelisted: If transactions are failing, make sure that your store’s IP address is whitelisted in your RapidCents account.
