Digital Marketing Specialist/Coordinator

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to drive our online presence, optimize our SEO strategy, and manage our social media channels to generate leads and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Website Optimization:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for transactional and commercial keywords that drive conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, backlink building, and technical SEO audits.
  • Work with developers to improve site speed, user experience, and on-page SEO.

Social Media Management:

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics to optimize performance.
  • Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Content & Email Marketing:

  • Develop blog posts, case studies, and marketing copy that align with RapidCents’ value proposition.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Repurpose content for SEO, social media, and paid advertising.

Paid Advertising & Performance Analysis:

  • Assist with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, engagement).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and customer acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media.
✔ Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
✔ Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
✔ Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
✔ Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads is a plus.
✔ Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on SEO-driven content.
✔ Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
