Door-to-door telecom or service sales

Retail commission sales such as electronics, furniture, appliances, or similar

What You’ll Do

Follow up with qualified leads provided by RapidCents
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Identify companies that can benefit from reducing payment fees and improving their payment systems
Present RapidCents solutions in a professional and consultative way
Conduct sales meetings by phone, video, and in person
Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM
Close new business and support a smooth onboarding experience for merchants
Represent RapidCents in the field across Toronto and the GTA

What We’re Looking For

French language proficiency is required
English language proficiency is considered a strong asset
Strong people skills and confidence speaking with decision-makers
Sales, customer-facing, or commission-based experience
A motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to build trust quickly and communicate professionally
Strong follow-up habits and organizational skills
Comfortable working in the field and meeting clients in person
Someone who is coachable, driven, and hungry to earn

Highly Valued

B2B sales experience
Experience in merchant services, payment processing, POS, telecom, or financial products
Experience selling to business owners
Existing local network or strong prospecting confidence
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets

Competitive base salary + Uncapped commission structure
