Leadership
This page describes what the leadership function owns at RapidCents rather than publishing a roster; specific appointments are announced in the newsroom. Four decisions sit here and each surfaces on a merchant’s statement or in how fast a problem is resolved: pricing policy, risk appetite and underwriting, product and platform direction, and merchant operations. Two more distinguish a payment company from a software one — the Know Your Customer and anti-money-laundering programme with sanctions screening, and the security posture an enterprise buyer reviews before signing.

In detail
Payments and acquiring
Experience running the acquiring, risk and settlement functions that sit behind every transaction, including the parts merchants never see until a deposit is late.
Platform engineering
Building the gateway, terminal estate and APIs that merchants and software partners integrate against, and deciding what belongs in the core account rather than in every integration.
Merchant operations
Onboarding, underwriting and support functions that decide whether a migration goes well, and whether a statement question gets an answer or a headline rate.
Pricing policy
Interchange-plus as the default is a leadership decision before it is a product one, because it commits the company to publishing the markup rather than bundling it into an average.
Risk and regulatory programme
The Know Your Customer and anti-money-laundering programme, sanctions screening and card network compliance sit here, because a payment provider is accountable for who it moves money for.
Security and due diligence
Maintaining the security posture and the published documentation that an enterprise procurement review works through: PCI evidence, subprocessors, data processing terms and a disclosure route.

Questions about Leadership
Who do I contact for a press enquiry?
Use the contact route, say it is a press enquiry, and give the subject of the piece and the deadline you are working to. A security matter is not a press route: a suspected vulnerability goes through the disclosure page so it reaches the security contact rather than an inbox that has to triage it.
Who decides which businesses can be onboarded?
Risk appetite and underwriting policy sit at the leadership level and are applied through the Know Your Customer and anti-money-laundering programme and the acceptable use policy. Some categories cannot be supported at all and others need further review. A question about whether a business falls inside the policy should go to [email protected] before the first transaction, not after it.
What happens if a decision or a support outcome is disputed?
The Terms of Service set out the path. Raise it with support first, through the portal at help.rapidcents.com, by email to [email protected] or by calling +1 (844) 957-2743. If it remains unresolved or has not been formally closed within fourteen business days, escalate to [email protected] with the earlier correspondence and supporting documents attached.
Who is on the leadership team, and why are no names listed here?
Appointments are announced in the newsroom, dated and attributable, rather than kept as a roster on this page. What the page carries instead is where the decisions sit: pricing policy, risk appetite and underwriting, product and platform direction, merchant operations, the regulatory programme and the security posture are owned at the leadership level and applied through published policy — the acceptable use policy, the KYC policy, the security material and your own pricing schedule. That is what makes a decision checkable rather than a matter of who holds a title.
Does RapidCents commit to an availability figure?
Not in published security material, which describes controls rather than service levels and says so explicitly. Redundancy reduces the likelihood of interruption without eliminating it. Where an availability commitment applies to your account it is stated in your agreement with RapidCents, and the agreement is what governs where a page and a contract differ.
