Business payment solutions in the USA

A RapidCents solution page for the USA groups a business decision, such as launching, adding a channel, connecting software or expanding locations. It is not the same as a product page, which explains one capability. The assessment still depends on compatibility and account approval.

Every solution

The remaining RapidCents solutions cover the rest of the payment goals: each one connects hardware, checkout, billing or integration to the same merchant account.

How to choose

Choose a RapidCents solution in three steps: start with the effective rate on your statement, then the channel (in person, online, or both), then the operating format. Fee Check and the industry pages supply the numbers and the operational detail.

  • Start with your statement

Your current effective rate tells you whether the problem is pricing or operations. Fee Check calculates it from a real statement with no obligation.

  • Then by channel

In person, online, or both. The channel decides the hardware, the interchange you pay and which fraud tools actually matter.

  • Finally by format

Restaurant, retail, grocery or professional services. Each format has its own workflow, and its own industry page with the detail.

Take the next step

Talk to a RapidCents specialist

RapidCents Fee Check reads a processing statement and shows interchange separately from the markup. Upload a statement for an instant breakdown, or open a merchant account and start accepting payments on one account.

  • Payment specialists, not a call centre
  • Secure statement upload

For businesses in the USA

How a U.S. business chooses a solution, and how that differs from a product page.

  • Decide by the business objective

Group the decision by what the business is trying to change: launch, add a channel, connect software, or expand locations. A solution page is organized around that objective. Open a product page when you already know the capability you need.

  • Solution versus product

A solution compares operating changes. A product page explains a technical capability and its limits. Use both. Do not treat a solution page as proof that every named integration, funding timeline or saving is already approved for your USA account.

  • The assessment

The assessment asks for the business activities, the channel, the software version and a statement if the question is cost. A phased start, one workflow first, is possible when compatibility and account approval allow it. It is not a promise that every later channel will be approved.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a solution and a product?

A product is one capability — a terminal, a gateway, invoicing. A solution is a way of combining them for a situation: replacing an existing terminal fleet, taking recurring payments, running several locations, building on the API. Every solution page names the products behind it.

Can I switch from another provider without downtime?

Yes. The switching solutions explain the order: the new account is approved and the hardware is on site before the old one is closed, and stored cards move through a PCI-compliant migration where the previous provider supports one. Fee Check on the pricing page tells you what the switch is worth before you start.

Should I start with a product or a business solution?

If you know the capability, start with the product page. If you are comparing an operating change, such as adding locations or connecting software, start with the solution. The two pages link to each other so you can move between them.

Can RapidCents work with my existing software?

It depends on the product version, the connection type and the workflows that have been tested. A general claim that it works with every system is not something this page makes. Ask for the compatibility assessment for your version.

Can we begin with one payment workflow and expand later?

Yes, when that first workflow is supported and the account is approved for it. Later channels still need their own compatibility check and, where required, their own approval. Phasing is a plan, not a blanket entitlement.
