Contact RapidCents

RapidCents publishes a separate route for each kind of question, because the first reply is only useful if it reaches the right desk: sales and pricing, support for an account already processing, developer support for API and webhook problems, partnerships, security vulnerabilities through the published disclosure route, and legal notices to [email protected]. Privacy requests go to the Privacy Officer, whose address the privacy policy publishes. Bring the merchant ID for a live account, or a recent processing statement for a pricing question.

Pick the right channel

  • Sales and pricing

For pricing, a statement review or a hardware question. With a recent processing statement, the answer comes back as an effective rate on your own numbers rather than a headline rate.

  • Support for a live account

Deposits, terminals, disputes, refunds and reporting for an account already processing. This route has its own escalation procedure, set out in the Services Agreement and restated on the support page.

  • Developer support

For API, webhook and sandbox integration issues. Include the request id from the failing call, the endpoint, and whether it ran against sandbox or production keys.

  • Partnerships

Referral, software and ISV, technology and enterprise programs each have a different integration path and commercial shape, so say which one you think applies.

  • Security reports

A vulnerability goes through the published disclosure route rather than a general inbox, so a researcher never has to guess where to send something urgent.

  • Legal notices and privacy requests

Notices under the Services Agreement go to [email protected]. A request about personal information goes to the Privacy Officer, whose address is published in the privacy policy.

What to have ready

  • To open an account

Legal entity details, beneficial ownership and directors, and how the business takes payments today. These are the Know Your Customer checks every payment provider applies, and they are where an application usually waits.

  • For a pricing question

One full month of processing statements. Total fees divided by volume is the effective rate, and it is the only figure that compares across providers and pricing models.

  • For a live account

The merchant ID, then the date and amount of the transaction in question. Almost everything else can be found from those two.

  • For an integration

Which channels you need — in person, online, invoiced, or inside your own software — and what that software already is. That decides whether the answer is a certified plugin, RapidBridge, APPIE, or a direct API build.

Questions about contacting RapidCents

Do I have to be a RapidCents customer to have a statement read?

No. Fee Check reads a statement from any provider and returns the effective rate and where the cost sits. No account is required, and the output is an estimate of comparable cost rather than a quote.

Can I get pricing without a sales call?

Yes. Upload a statement and the breakdown comes back without a conversation. A call earns its place when the question is which acceptance channels and which hardware you actually need, because that is the point where a rate on its own stops being informative.

I am a customer of a business that uses RapidCents, not a merchant. Can you help with a charge?

Not directly. RapidCents supplies the payment technology to the business you bought from and cannot see, cancel or refund a purchase on its behalf. Contact the business named on your statement first. If the charge is genuinely unrecognised, your card issuer is the party that raises a dispute.

A terminal has been lost or stolen. Where does that go, and how quickly?

To both channels at once, within twenty-four hours of the incident or of when it should reasonably have been discovered: call +1 (844) 957-2743, or +1 (202) 902-6226 from the United States, and send written notice to [email protected]. Until both the call and the written notice arrive, transactions processed through that hardware remain the merchant’s liability.

My own account or environment may have been compromised. Is that the same route as a vulnerability report?

No. A vulnerability in a RapidCents product goes through the published disclosure route. A suspected compromise of your own account or of card data is an incident: email [email protected] and [email protected] immediately, which is what clause D.2 of the Services Agreement requires at 2.3. There is no grace period and no number of hours — unlike a lost or stolen terminal, which clause B.7 does put a twenty-four-hour clock on.

Is there a postal address for something that has to be sent on paper?

Yes. RapidCents Inc., 515 Consumers Road, Unit 210, North York, Ontario, M2J 4Z2. Notices under the Services Agreement may be sent there by mail with return receipt requested, or by email to [email protected].
