Agreement plus payment
Send an agreement, collect the signature and the payment together
Contracts and eSignatures sends an agreement for electronic signature and collects the payment that usually follows it in the same flow. A quote, service agreement or enrolment form goes out by email or link, the customer signs with a timestamp and signer details recorded, and the deposit or first payment is taken at the moment of signature. RapidCents keeps the signed record and the payment reference together, and templates let a standard agreement be reused.

Questions about Contracts & eSignatures
Is the signature legally recognized?
Signatures are captured with timestamp, signer identity details and an audit record of the signing session.
Can I take payment without a signature?
Yes. Payment on signing is optional and can be turned off per document.
Do I need a separate e-signature subscription?
No. Signature and payment are handled in the same RapidCents flow.
Can I reuse agreements?
Yes, templates let you send the same agreement repeatedly with different customer details.
Can I take a deposit rather than the full amount?
Yes. The signing step can collect a deposit or a first payment instead of the whole balance, and the remainder can be billed afterwards through invoicing or a payment link tied to the same customer.
What is kept on record about the signer?
The signature is captured with a timestamp, the signer's identity details and an audit record of the signing session. That record stays attached to the payment reference, so the agreement and the money it produced are not held in two places.
Does the card used at signing get saved for later billing?
The payment attaches to a customer profile, and the payment method can be kept on file only with the customer's authorization, which the Secure Card Vault records. Without that authorization the charge is a one-time payment.
Is there a separate charge for the e-signature part?
No separate e-signature subscription is needed, because signature and payment run in the same RapidCents flow. What you pay is the processing on the payment that flow collects, quoted on your account.
