Questions from candidates
What file formats can I send, and how large can the file be?
PDF, DOC, DOCX or RTF, up to 5 MB. The form checks the file itself rather than its name, so renaming a Pages or ODT document to .doc will not get it through — export it to PDF instead. A CV over 5 MB is usually carrying images; a plain PDF export will fit.
What happens after I apply?
The form sends your details and your CV to the RapidCents people handling that posting, then shows you a reference number. No response time is published and we are not promising one. To check on an application, email [email protected] and quote your reference.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Apply from each posting separately, so the right CV and note reach the right role. The form accepts up to five submissions an hour from one connection, which is more than applying to every posting on this page takes.
How do I withdraw an application, or have it deleted?
Email [email protected] with your reference number, or write to the Privacy Officer at the address in the Privacy Policy. The policy commits to confirming receipt, possibly asking for enough information to verify who you are, and answering within thirty days.
Why are some of these postings dated years ago?
Because they are. Each posting kept its original publication date when it moved to this site rather than being quietly re-dated, and any role nobody has reconfirmed as open is shown as unconfirmed rather than advertised as live.
